Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jt990 ("jt990", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jt990.bio. Account Registration and Verification

Deposits and Withdrawals

jt990 takes all instances of prohibited conduct seriously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jt990 will act swiftly and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jt990, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the jt990 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if jt990 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jt990's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jt990's liability for death or personal injury caused by jt990's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Privacy and Data Protection

By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood jt990's Privacy Policy. jt990 uses player data solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement. jt990 does not sell player data to third parties. Amendments to These Terms
